Challenge yourself at the MRRC Murph Workout Celebration at the Meridian Ranch Rec Center on May 16 with start times at 9:00, 10:00 and 11:00am. The workout starts with a 1 mile run, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and concludes with another mile run. The cost to participate is $10 for Meridian Ranch residents, $20 for non-residents.
