Meridian Ranch Fieldhouse Groundbreaking
We’re excited to announce the official groundbreaking of the Meridian Service Metropolitan District’s brand new $15 million Fieldhouse in the Meridian Ranch community!
Construction will begin on this 45,000-square-foot facility following the groundbreaking on September 4, 2024. The Fieldhouse will feature an indoor turf field for activities like soccer, lacrosse and flag football, in addition to a workout area with new, state-of-the-art fitness machines, a group exercise studio with an outdoor turf attachment, a childcare center, and a walking track suspended above the indoor turf field. The Fieldhouse has been designed to accommodate a future indoor multi-use area including a full-size basketball court that can also be used for volleyball.
When complete, the Meridian Ranch youth soccer and football programs will move onto the indoor turf to help prevent damage to the natural grass in the community parks and assure that games and practices do not get canceled due to weather.
As the final recreational facility planned for Meridian Ranch, the Fieldhouse joins the existing 42,000-square-foot Meridian Ranch Rec Center with indoor and outdoor pools, a full-size gymnasium for basketball and volleyball, cardio and weight training areas, group exercise studio and childcare center.
