Meridian Ranch to Host 2024 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

Meridian Ranch is proud to announce that we will be hosting the 2024 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway!  The home will be built by Covington Homes on a homesite in Rolling Hills Ranch donated by Techbilt, the developer of Meridian Ranch.  When complete, the home will be raffled off to raise funds for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Utilizing donations of materials and labor, the goal is to build the Dream Home at zero cost, meaning that all of the proceeds from raffle ticket sales go directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  The mission of St. Jude is to treat and defeat childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.  The Dream Home Giveaway is the single-largest fundraiser for St. Jude nationwide, raising nearly $450 million and giving away 520 houses throughout the country since its inception in 1991.

This is the 9th Dream Home that Covington Homes has built.  The groundbreaking ceremony (pictured above) for this home took place in early October at Meridian Ranch.  Click here to stay up-to-date on Dream Home progress.  We couldn’t be more pleased to support this worthy cause!
